Quality Control Policy

Chemko's Quality Control Policy is defined by the General Manager, is one of the mainstays of the company's activity, is applied at all stages (research, production, administrative and commercial management) and has the following objectives:

That the Quality Control System should be transmitted, implanted, understood, applied and maintained by Kimi-Red personnel.

That the Quality Control System should generate confidence among company personnel, clients and official bodies and organisations alike.

That special emphasis should be placed on preventing mistakes before they happen and that, in the event of their occurrence, they should be detected and corrected, and their repitition avoided.

That the means employed to check product quality should be appropriate and that they should be selected, fine-tuned, maintained and controlled to ensure that they fulfill requirements.

That those persons whose posts are quoted in Quality Control System documents should be properly trained to carry out their tasks and that they should apply and ensure the application of all the requirements established.

A Supplier Ratification Policy which clearly states our insistence on only using suppliers whose quality control systems have been certified according to ISO - 9000 norms.

To optimise the flow of information from the various departments to the General Management, in order to ensure complete awareness of the current state of the Quality Control System implanted.

To encourage all involved personnel to express opinions that might lead to the improvement of the Quality Control System.

All Chemko employees are responsible for following the programme established, each within his or her specific field of activity.

Within the application of the measures established, priority is given to those aspects designed to maintain the level of quality of the products manufactured, to the demonstration of this level of quality and to the protection of the environment and the prevention of contamination.
