Chemko have plant in Málaga with a combined surface area of some 15000 m2, equipped with the most modern and sophisticated systems of planning, production control and quality control.
Sensitive to market forces, Chemko has provided its plant with the most modern means available in order to satisfy the latest demands placed on its products. Therefore, the Research and Development division has the most advanced analytical and computerised equipment available at its disposal to enable products to be updated constantly, not only in terms of quality but also to guarantee complete harmony with nature. With this objective in mind, an Ecological Division has been developed, consisting solely of products which have no harmful effects on the biosphere. The aforementioned analytical means enable specific products to be designed to cater for specific needs in the market. Chemko independent of its commercial network, employs a total of 52 personnel, each a specialist in his or her particular activity. Chemko plant are completely prepared and designed for the manufacture of chemical products for industrial maintenance. Chemko
manufactures and mar-kets some 300 pro-ducts, which are grouped into

Computer systems provide greater agility in commercial and administrative activities, aided by a young, dynamic team, whose aim is to establish and maintain direct communication with the client. Chemko has at its disposal a comprehensive computer system which includes each and every section of the company, consisting of a Windows 2000 Server network system, with clients using Windows 98, and incorporating the latest information systems, such as E-mail, electronic fax, internet, intranet, office automation, etc. These systems enable both sales staff and clients to access our data bases via modem, with the relevant password and security controls. All industrial processes are software-controlled, from the placing of orders to production and stock control, as are quality safeguard and environmental management systems. In addition, Chemko has its own programmers who design programs for internal use, in Visual Basic, using Windows 95. |
